Return Policy

We hope that everyone loves our Orthodox Daily Planner, but understand that may not always be the case. If you would like more information about our Refund Policy, please read below.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have received any of our products and they are visibly damaged or defected, please email us immediately with your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged product so we can send you a replacement. returns@doyoujot.com

If you received any of our products and are not happy with your purchase, we would be glad to provide you with store credit. Please email us at returns@doyoujot.com to get this process started.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Digital products sold on www.doyoujot.com
• JOT. Design items not purchased through www.doyoujot.com
• Sale Items
• Custom Orders

 

Our policy is valid for 30 days from your delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
